The
Business Park projects completed consist of a mixture of hi-tec offices,
industrial buildings and warehousing. The developments have included underground
car parking with ground floor industrial use, and 1st and 2nd floor offices.
The structure for this type of development is often a steel frame with concrete
floors for the industrial level with timber or precast concrete floors at
offices levels.
Warehouse structures are usually Portal frame design but can vary to suit
client's requirements. We have also carried out assessment and treatment
of badly contaminated gas work sites prior to development of the Business
Parks.
We have designed Business Parks which have been built on sites which are
steeply sloping, or with soft sub-strata, and the foundations are designed
to the specific requirements of each site.
