The structures are designed in masonry, reinforced concrete or structural steel depending upon architectural requirements and cost. Foundations can be simple mass concrete bases, or more complex reinforced concrete balanced foundations and rafts, to piling in difficult soil conditions or where a high water table exists. We are also fully conversant with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and will provide the Planning Supervisor with all the necessary structural design risk assessments.
