specifications for new build, alterations, and extensions for all types
of Domestic Housing from inception to the conclusion of the project. We
can also obtain tender prices from our Quality Assured List of Approved
Contractors if required by the client.
Our drawings and calculations are accurately and thoroughly carried out
to be able to obtain Building Regulations Approval and to allow a Contractor
to properly price and carry out the work.
We are able to provide Structural Reports for house purchasers and vendors
concerning subsidence or other problems, and we can also advise on Party
Wall Matters.
