We
are able to provide Structural Reports which are accepted by Building Societies
and Mortgage Companies with regards to house purchases. Our reports are
concise and will identify any problems with the structure, giving recommendations
for any necessary repairs. We will also provide budget estimates of repairs
costs if required.
Sometimes it is necessary to carry out further investigations such as a
drain survey, or a borehole report for root affected ground conditions,
so that the cause of movement can be established, and this is especially
relevant where subsidence has occurred and an Insurance Claim can be made.
